In the heart of Science Village, Lund
Welcome to our conference facilities at The Loop, right in the emerging district of Science Village – a unique meeting point between research, innovation, and industry. Here, you’re next door to two of the world’s leading research facilities, MAX IV and ESS, where world-class science meets future-shaping ideas.
The Loop is a modern and sustainable building that has become a symbol of the new era of meeting places. It houses the largest indoor green wall in the Nordics, creating a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere year-round. Altitude occupies an entire floor of the building, featuring bright, flexible spaces and our own dedicated hospitality team, so you can focus fully on the content of your meeting.
The Loop also includes Science Village Hall, a striking event venue designed for large conferences, lectures, and cultural events. We collaborate closely with the building to create seamless full-service solutions – from smaller meetings to large-scale events.
Altitude’s spaces in The Loop are just 15 minutes from Lund Central Station, with the tram stopping right outside the entrance. This makes it easy for both local and international guests to reach us.

Impact (60 ppl)
A room for taking the next step. With the creative rooms Action and Bloom nearby, you can also expand the space to accommodate up to 110 people in theater-style seating.
Eco (18 ppl)
A room perfect for both decision-making and team building. Gather around a unique table designed specifically for the room and made from Recoma Packwall boards (recycled cardboard). This room is operated in collaboration with Tetra Pak.
Planet (100 ppl)
A room overlooking the heart of scientific discovery. Generous natural light and spacious design make it ideal for lectures and meetings in theater-style seating.
Action (12 ppl)
A room for decisions and constructive discussions. Adjacent to the room are Impact and Bloom, separated by a movable wall. This offers great flexibility in both layout and setup.
Bloom (12 ppl)
A space for both discussion and creative thinking. Through the adjoining rooms Impact and Action, the area can be expanded into a larger space for up to 110 people in theater-style seating.
Collab (12 ppl)
A room for groundbreaking ideas. A room built for creativity – a place where challenges and results can take center stage. Here, you’ll find the expertise that can drive real change while helping your organization grow.

In our cozy lounge, you can enjoy delicious food and coffee. Setting clear agendas, guidelines, and roles are some of our best tips for a successful meeting. Over the years, working with conferences, trade shows, events, workshops, and other gatherings, we’ve gathered extensive experience about what truly makes a good meeting, and the common pitfalls organizers tend to encounter.
