Book conference room Level Two

Our standard opening hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, but we also accept conference bookings upon request outside these times.

Our conference and meeting rooms at Level Two are located right at the final stop of Lund’s tram (LUND ESS), perfectly positioned between the world’s largest research facilities ESS and MAXIV, and adjacent to Kunskapsparken, a beautiful natural area offering opportunities for recreation and walks. When you enter the building, known as The Loop, you’ll find us on the second floor. Our adress is Mesongatan 4, Lund.

We know that perfectly equipped venues, bright and pleasant rooms with quality furniture, well-functioning technology, thoughtful, attentive, and smooth service, along with a warm welcome, will take your meeting to a new level.

These are our standard cancellation policies unless another agreement is made. Cancellation >9 weeks before the event – No charge applies. Cancellation <8 weeks before the event – 50% of the meeting room cost will be charged. Cancellation <4 weeks before the event – 100% of the meeting room cost will be charged. Cancellation <2 weeks before the event – 50% of the catering cost will be charged. Cancellation <1 week before the event – 100% of the catering cost will be charged.
