Food production represent 1/4 of global GHG emissions and unhealthy diets are a major part of what
economists refer to as the Global Burden of Disease.

ICA has a long tradition of pioneering the food value chain and consumer behaviours. In June 2025 they will open their new Kvantum store in Brunnshög. On Nov 29th we have invited Jörgen Fors as the Brunnshög store manager, to share his views on how consumer behaviours are changing and ICA’s views on how this may affect the value chains in the long run.Our last Collab Breakfast this year will focus on an often overlooked stakeholder for sustainability in a broad sense.

The insurance industry has everything to win by taking preventive action on climate, health and social sustainability. We have invited Ingemar Helgesson, Head of Communication at Länsförsäkringar Skåne, to take an insurance approach to the necessary transitions ahead.
